A shared activity for your team or guests
A 360 booth gives guests an activity to take part in together at a company party, launch, or hosted gathering. The camera moves around a platform, creating a short video rather than a printed photo strip.
Start with the purpose of the event. A team celebration may prioritize relaxed participation, while a brand event may prioritize recognizable artwork and clear positioning in the venue. We will discuss the booth plan around that purpose.
Plan artwork before the event
- Provide the approved logo, brand colors, and exact wording for your overlay.
- Identify who can approve the design and agree on an approval deadline.
- Keep the design legible on a phone and leave the center of the video clear for guests.
- Confirm how guests can access videos, when files are delivered, and any permissions needed for your intended use.
Make the setup work for your venue
Tell us about load-in, elevators, power access, floor space, and the event schedule. Position the booth where guests can find it while keeping the camera’s movement and waiting area away from exits and busy service routes.
If your event has venue-specific supplier requirements, include them in the inquiry. Any documentation, staffing, or access arrangements must be confirmed before booking; they are not assumed to be included.
Request a quote built around your event
Share the date, Louisville-area venue, estimated attendance, activation hours, and your branding goals. The two-, four-, and six-hour starting options provide a framework; extra time and any additional services need confirmation.
A 360 booth is not automatically a lead-capture system. If collecting contact details, measuring campaign results, or using footage in advertising is part of your plan, describe those requirements before choosing your package.
